Quality Assurance works hand-in-hand with all other departments to guarantee that each process is designed and managed to ensure conformance to print and capability requirements. Nothing is produced or moves through National Technologies without approval from Quality Assurance. Engineering quality into the process is our recipe for 65 years of customer satisfaction.
- First article inspection reports (FAI) are created at each step in the process ensuring that the process is followed and parts are correct.
- Our high-end inspection equipment ensures that we can verify tight tolerances for any part.
- Each part is sampled by our highly experienced inspectors. If the part doesn’t pass our AQL criteria (C=0 1.0 AQL), it doesn’t leave the dock. Period.
